Scratchboard art, also known as scratch art or engraving art, is a type of artwork made by cutting or incising into a surface covered in a dark ink. Crafters use various sharp tools, such as knives, scalpels, and specialized scratchboard instruments, to meticulously scratch away the ink surface, exposing the white layer below in a manner that creates striking, high-contrast images.

We designed a collection of fantasy-style, highly detailed illustrations in A3 size for a company that produces such boards.
